Terms of Use.

The ground rules for the picc’d website, demo and app.
About these terms
These Terms of Use cover the picc’d website, interactive demo and app.
By using picc’d, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Launch website and demo
The website introduces picc’d and offers an optional launch email list. Signing up does not create an app account, purchase a subscription or guarantee an access date, feature set or price.
The interactive demo contains fictional trials, sample observations and AI-generated comparison imagery. These are examples of the interface, not evidence of product effectiveness, genuine customer results or endorsements. Demo changes reset when it reloads. Do not rely on it to save personal records.
We may change launch timing and features as the app develops. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and applicable terms before you purchase.
What picc’d does
picc’d is a personal tracking tool that helps you keep a record of things you choose to try, including products, routines, treatments, supplements, movement, nutrition and other experiences.
The app lets you record information such as dates, notes, ratings, photos, reminders, check-ins and your own decisions about whether something has earned a place in your life.
picc’d is a record-keeping and decision-support tool. It does not determine whether a product, treatment, supplement, fitness program or other activity is safe, effective or suitable for you.
Not medical or professional advice
picc’d does not provide medical, health, nutritional, pharmaceutical or other professional advice. Information in the app, including product information and your own tracking history, is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding what you use, consume, apply or do. If you have questions about your health, a treatment, a supplement, a product or an activity, seek appropriate professional advice.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure.
You must not use another person’s account without permission or use picc’d in a way that interferes with the service, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or breaches applicable law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, photos and other original content you create through picc’d.
You give us the limited permission necessary to process content that is stored with us so we can operate and provide the app to you. This does not give us ownership of your content.
Progress photos are stored locally on your device rather than uploaded to picc’d servers. You are responsible for your device and any backup arrangements you choose to make. We cannot recover photos that were never uploaded to us.
Product information and third-party services
picc’d may display product names, brands, images, links or other information obtained from third-party sources. This information is provided to help you identify and record what you are trying.
Third-party product information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You should check important product information with the manufacturer, retailer or another appropriate source before relying on it.
Links or references to third-party products or services do not mean that picc’d endorses or guarantees them.
Your decisions and results
Your Picc’d, Pitt’d and Keep Trying decisions are your own personal records. We do not guarantee that tracking something for a particular period will establish whether it works, is safe or is suitable for you.
Individual experiences and outcomes can vary. picc’d is designed to help you keep track of your own observations, not to promise a particular result.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, add or remove features as picc’d develops. We may also need to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise that picc’d will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Intellectual property
The picc’d name, branding, app design, software and other materials we create remain ours or are used by us under licence. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
You may use picc’d for its intended personal use. You must not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our software or branding except where permitted by law or with our written permission.
Account deletion and ending use
You may stop using picc’d at any time and may request account deletion using the option provided in the app.
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect picc’d, other users or our legal rights, including in response to serious misuse of the service.
Liability and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, picc’d is provided as a personal tracking tool and we are not responsible for decisions you make about products, treatments, supplements, activities or other things you choose to try based on your own records or third-party information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with your use of picc’d. It forms an important part of how the service operates and should be read alongside these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as picc’d develops or where legal or operational requirements change. We will update the date shown on these terms and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to tell users about significant changes.
